Parental Open Programme

Our external open programmes are most suitable for organisations with a small number of working parents who do not require a dedicated internal programme.

The programme comprises a series of group workshops pre, during and post transition out of and back into work. We also offer one-to-one coaching as an alternative or supplement to the programme.
