Returners’ Coaching Programme

Our group programmes and 1:1 coaching for returners help employees identify and address the knowledge, skills and confidence gaps that can result from an extended period of time taken out of the workplace.

We offer a combination of support as they prepare to return to their career, including:

  • Practical help with CV, LinkedIn and interview skills
  • Support considering and rebuilding their networks
  • Assistance with the psychological aspects of their transition, such as building confidence, challenging imposter syndrome, and getting ‘out of the way’ of themselves
