Experienced external or internal organisational coaches looking to develop and refine coaching competencies to support working parents. 

Prerequisite 

Accredited EMCC or ICF coach (or equivalent) 

Formats 

Virtual Course, 3 half days, instructor led plus individual coaching supervision 

Learning outcomes 

• Knowledge of why supporting working parents is important to organisations and EDI agendas 

• Insight into the needs of working mums and dads (similarities and differences) based on thought leadership research 

• Understanding of the WOMBA framework and coaching needs at each stage of transition to working parent 

• Familiarity with the approach, tools and models that are useful and effective when coaching working parents 

• Experience of practising and reflecting on working parents coaching
